7500 Fast Real-Time PCR System

The 7500 Fast Real-Time PCR System is a 96-well, five-color platform that uses fluorescence-based polymerase chain reaction (PCR) reagents to provide applications include gene expression analysis, absolute quantitation and SNP genotyping. The system uses Halogen light source with 5 excitation filters and captured fluorescence signals of the following standard dye sets by CCD camera through 5 emission filters: FAM/SYBR Green I, VIC/JOE, NED/TAMRA/Cy3, ROX/Texas Red and Cy5 dyes.

The system has a specially designed Fast block to ensure thermal uniformity at top speeds and allows fast cycling with high-quality results in as little as 30 minutes.
